Fake Ear Plugs Canada

I love the mornings when time slows down. I stay away from the horrors of this world.
I have this chance.
Stay in my bubble. Just a bit even though we know that this world is not far away.
Take your time to make pancakes. With residual sweet potatoes.

And salmon eggs because it's one of my favorite things in the world. Like popping the ball with a snap and feel the creamy liquid, salt.

Sweet Potato Pancakes
(an idea borrowed from Helen here )
e bout 250g sweet potato
1 egg beaten
1 rounded tbsp flour T110
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 / 2 cup milk plant
Salt
Wood India (Allspice)
grapeseed oil for cooking or neutral.
Leftover sweet potatoes (orange and white) cooked overnight in water with spices (salt, logwood, thyme, garlic) crushed the ricer.
Mix flour with a fork and yeast. Add salt.
Mix the puree and pour a little milk. Add the beaten egg, remaining milk. Mix well until dough is smooth. Season.
Let stand 1 hour.
Oil a medium skillet with a brush. Pour 3 small circles of dough. First high heat, watching. Small bubbles form on the surface. Wait until the pancakes are quite farms for return, lower power in the pan if necessary. Invert several times to get nicely browned pancakes.
Keep them in a warm oven until ready to serve.

With salmon eggs few Tasmanian peppercorns, lime juice, a little cream to serve with these pancakes taste discrete chestnuts.
