Crepes Suzette are, I think, my favorite dessert. I know there many ways to do ... The traditional outbreaks are generally the same. I do not know how to make my way is convenient or not the version "traditional" but that's how I like them.
For those unfamiliar, these pancakes covered with a buttery caramel with orange and Grand Marnier.
Feel free to try ... It's delicious and really not complicated.
about 25 pancakes Ingredients:
Pancake batter: 400g of flour, 40 cl of milk, 50 ounces of water, 2 eggs, 1 pinch of salt, 3 teaspoons of Grand Marnier, zest a ½ orange
For Suzette sauce: 250 gr caster sugar, zest of 2 oranges, juice of 3 oranges, 2 tablespoons cornstarch cuilères, one teaspoon of Grand Marnier.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the batter and then after a small oil a crepe pan, sauté and book your pancake over with a cloth to dry it pas.Pour sauce, heat powdered sugar in a pan by adding 2 tablespoons water to make a caramel. When golden brown pour over the juice and orange zest. Mix well to then add, remove from heat, the Grand Marnier.
Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and add to sauce.
