Uniform Color Of Shaolin Monks

Hello,

kidneys, horseradish, I could not pass up such a delight!

In my basket
- kidneys
- Port of
- fresh cream
- horseradish

Begin by digging up a piece of horseradish root in the garden
The clean, peel, grate

Ask your butcher to clean the kidneys

Fry in a little butter, 6-7 minutes, no longer

Add three tablespoons of port

Keep warm, remove from heat, kidneys

Make reduce the port

Add a tablespoon of cream, one teaspoon grated horseradish

Mix
Return kidneys two minutes, add salt and pepper
Serve immediately

With some noodles, I enjoyed this dish, selfishly, I'm the only one to like the kidneys, but I noticed that no one remained indifferent to the smell of this real treat
Too bad for them, I do not propose to share!

- porto

Add a soupspoon of crème fraîche, on coffe spoon of horseradish, mix
Put back kidneys 2 minutes

Salt and pepper

Serve immediately

With some tagliatelli, I savoured this dish in selfish woman, I am the only one who likes kidneys but I noticed that nobody remained insensible of the the real flavor of this greed
Too bad for 'em, I Did not Suggest sharing!
