Chocolate

Hello,

A chocolate cake all foamy and light for the anniversary of one of my Greedy
A very simple recipe that I've done for years and is the favorite cake of my gluttonous
In my basket
- 120 gr chocolate Black
- 4 eggs
- 120 gr sugar
- 65 g butter
- 60 gr flour

Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt slowly

Separate the whites from the yolks
In yolks add sugar, stir until the mixture whitens

Add slightly softened butter, melted chocolate, mix
Then add flour
Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold the mixture

Butter a mold, pour the mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 180 °

It only remains to add candles, and enjoy

Here are pictures of my first trompe l'oeil, the exercise was imposed, the only personal touch was permitted in the choice color and free rein to our imagination to fill the center of the bull's-eye
I could not pass up the opportunity to color it in blue and draw a "hat"!

A sparkling and light chocolate cake for The Birthday of one of My gluttons
A very simple recipe I make for Which One Of The Years and favorite of the "Chapot"
In my basketball
- 120 gr of dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 120 gr of sugar
- 65 gr of butter
- 60 gr of flour

Cut the chocolate in small pieces, melt quite slowly

Separate the white of the eggs yolks

In the yellow, add the sugar and melt until the mixture goes pale

Add the softened butter, the molten chocolate, mix
Add the flour

Beat the eggs white into snow (!) and add them delicately to the mixture

Butter a mould, put the preparation in it and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°

It does no more remain than add candles and savour it

Here is the photos of my first trompe l'oeil, the exercise was imposed, the only personal touch was in the choice of the colours and free course in our imagination to fill the center of the "oeil de boeuf"
The only thing I could do was to put blue and draw a "chapeau" !
